Good product but support isn’t very good

  • It’s a good page builder but is also one of the more expensive ones. Support is slow to respond to requests. Renewal system isn’t very good, got a notice 3 days before it was due and didn’t have quite enough money in there due to conversion rates and the payment didn’t process. Support then wouldn’t offer me the full renewal notice even though I contacted them within 12 hours.

    Same thing happened again this year with the renewal, except they didn’t even send a warning email this time and didn’t give any discount after bringing it to their attention. If I wasn’t locked in then I would be changing.
