    Is there a way to embed a YouTube video into a page at full screen? Can it be done with a shortcode? I’m using the Free version of this plugin.

    No, there’s no way to start a video at full screen. Browsers in general don’t allow that, for security reasons. A deliberate click on the full screen button needs to happen before a video can become full screen.
