make wp read an extra table prefix

Hello, hopefully someone can help out.

Website got hacked, they deleted wp-admin, wp-includes, and root folder. I reuploaded what I could and when I accessed the site, I got the installation wizard and proceeded to reinstall WP.

I checked the db and everything is still there but since this original installation was a cpanel setup, it has extra prefixes on the table, wp_zeit_ and this new installation of WP is reading as just wp_ with the new tables. How do I make WP read the old tables with the wp_zeit_ prefix?
