If you want to do this yourself, you need to make sure that all the links output by your theme/plugin are properly coded: https://www.sitepoint.com/15-rules-making-accessible-links/

AND you need to make sure that you fill in the title and alt text when creating a link inside post and page content, and inside text widgets.

Thank you for that information but what I need to know is how to modify already installed wordpress theme menus to make the click sounds when the link is clicked without adding a completely new theme.
