Make Wish List table look like Product Grid

I am using the pro version and think it is a great plugin.

My desire though is to have the wishlist product table look like the product grid that the rest of my store looks like. Is there any way to do this?

I am able to modify the wishlist template to use the woocommerce [products] shortcode and pass it a list of product IDs which are in the wishlist and this works. However, I don’t know how I can add the remove icon to each product generated by the shortcode?

Do you know of any way I can make the wishlist table look like the rest of my products grids and still have the removal functionality?
