Make widget visible for a specific blog post.

    Is there a way to make a widget show up for only one particular post? It just won’t give me a way to do it.

    I only want a TOC to show up in my Left Sidebar for one specific post. The post is called “History of ASP.Net Core”. But the title does not show up in any setting anywhere. In fact the blog posts are not listed out anywhere separately.
    Only pages are listed out under Misc -> Post Types -> Pages.
    There is no Misc -> Post Types -> Blogs.
    And then it has Misc -> Custom Post Types -> Posts OR Pages. Neither is what I need.

    How can I get my TOC to show up for a specific blog post. I’ve been trying to figure this out for so long.

    I have three tabs under visibility; Misc, Post Types, and Taxonomies.`
