make user accept T&C + optional marketing consent

The plugin is really neat and simple and creating a new registering process and translating the messages was fast, but now I am struggling how to the the users to agree to our T&C, plus we would like to get as many marketing consents as possible (GDPR compliant).

I found the checkboxes, but not what they are connected to. Also, we are using bbpress for our forums and prefer to use their profile page because of the forum statistics. Is there any reasonably easy way to get the consents from User Registration to bbpress profile?
