Make Tumblr Page on WordPress Blog

I have searched high and low for the answer to this, but I can’t find any clear-cut answers, even though it does seem like it would be easy and something that many people would want to do.

I want to make my tumbler page a part of my wordpress blog, exactly like this gentlemen does here:

If you look at his menu on top, it has a direct link to his tumblr. However when you click on it, you are still within his wordpress blog. Meaning you are accessing his Tumblr posts from WITHIN his wordpress blog, not being taken to the external tumblr page.

I have my self hosted wordpress site. I have my tumblr account. How can I EMBED my tumblr blog into a page in wordpress (or however you would describe what he did)
