Make top bar disappear on scroll

Hello,

I have the “Force TopBar to Be Fixed On Top of Page” option enabled in order to push all my content down so that the top bar doesn’t cover up any of my nav links, as I have a main nav and a top nav above the main nav. However, since that option does fix the bar to the top, once the user starts to scroll, the top bar stays and cover up half of my header. I want to be able to have to top bar disappear once the page starts to scroll. Is this possible out of he box, or will I need to add some custom code?
