Make the review form disappear for logged-in users who have already submitted?

I want users to only submit one review. Can we simply make the review form disappear for logged-in users who have already submitted a review?

The plugin displays “You have already submitted a review.” only after a reviewer re-fills all the information and writes a potentially lengthy second review. This could be very frustrating for someone attempting to submit a second review.
