    i want to make the chat to be Always Open
    is there an option for this?

    Hi @lirane3 ,

    The URL provided does not have our plugin installed.

    I will however answer your question: Yes you can set the chatbox to popup automatically (if this is what you are after). This option can be found under Settings -> Chat Box -> Automatic Chatbox Pop-Up -> All Forms
