Make submit button for any form (Ninja, Contact 7) bigger on popup

When using any contact plugin, the submit button is very small when the form pops up. The Submit button on its own (i.e. without popup) is fine. Can I customise this to make it bigger when it pops up? Not sure whether something needs to be done either with the form plugin or with Popup Maker.
