Make slider bigger

Hello

I’d like to make the images on the slider much taller, e.g. filling up most of the screen. How can I do this? I’ve tried adjusting the ratio of the images so they’re almost square but when they display on the site they seem to have a maximum height that they won’t surpass, but I can’t find a max-height attribute in the CSS anywhere.
