Make site more Fan-Friendly

I paid an overzealous company who does marketing and promotion $1,800 to do a website for me and this is what they came up with -> https://www.NiaSweetz.com Granted this was over a year ago, and I’ve finally gotten around (after trying out platform websites designed for musicians) to realizing the best place to have my website is WordPress.
Is it just me or is there a steep learning curve?

Anyhow, I want to make my website muchhh more user friendly, and also add some analytics to track my visitors
