Make sidebar the mobile-header version even on desktops?

    I guess this is basically similar to this earlier post. I’m wondering if anyone has ever figured the CSS rules necessary to make twentyfifteen render the sidbar-as-header tablet version even on wider browsers/displays, and never render the sidebar-as-sidebar version?
