Make section image stretch across full width?

After using an image as a full-width background image (https://i.imgur.com/efKkVFo.png), I added an image (let’s call it image 2) to the section and made it full too (https://i.imgur.com/KUpg0o1.png).
However, I noticed that image 2 does not stretch the full width of the page (https://i.imgur.com/toc4igV.png).
How can I fix this? Thank you.
