    Hello,
When I look at my site on a small screen, my text in the sitewide banner goes on to two lines, yet the background colour does not change height.

How can I make this plugin responsive?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @drain0

Thank you for using Sitewide Notice WP. It seems that your banner currently has a transparent background.

The background and text should be responsive (I ran tests on my browser and it does work as expected). It will automatically fit in the text based on screensize and adjust the height of the banner to fit in the text.

I apologize if I don’t understand you correctly, please feel free to send through screenshots of the issue.

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The text is responsive. The background colour isn’t, as it has a height of 50px set in the class .swnza_banner (it actually works if I delete this height styling).

I’ve now given the background a color (white) so you can see that the height does not automatically resize on smaller screens. (../uploads/2020/03/sitewide.png)

It’s no biggy. I appreciate you looking.

    Kind regards.

Thanks for the feedback, what version are you using? Please can you update to the latest version as this is resolved in 2.2.X.

The CSS changes to min-height:50px and height:auto;.

    Thank you Andrew,
    That worked a charm.
I’m off to give you a glowing review now.
    All the best.
