How to make reCAPTCHA a mandatory field

Hi,
I have inserted this plugin into my custom page using hooks i.e <?php do_action(‘register_form’); ?>. I’ve tested it and works fine. The only issue I’m facing is – how do I make reCAPTCHA a mandatory field on the form.
Presently the form passes through either way if I check the reCAPTCHA or not.
How do I make reCAPTCHA mandatory?
