Make Profile Photo Account Photo

Hi. This question is quick,as i know you are busy.

How do we set it so that the Member’s uploaded profile photo is displayed in the member directory. (List and Grid View Section)

At the moment i have google displaying the avatar on the Account Page, which is also being shown in the directory lists. Which is confusing if a user uploads a profile photo.
