you would need to go to the css file and change the

p(or if the class if it has one) {
font-size: (how small you want)px;
}

still not working after installing plugin and adding custom css like that :

15px is slightly smaller. You can decrease that number if you want but keep in mind that too small fonts are bad for readability.
