Make "Post New Comment" box appear at the top of a page.

    Hi There,

    I have turned commenting on, for one of my pages. At the moment the “Post New Comment” dialogue box appears at the bottom of this page, below all the comments.

    I would like the “Post New Comment” dialogue box to appear at the top of the page, above all the comments.

    How can I do this?
