It also seems that the vendor’s custom cancellation policies are not being called on the product page. It shows only the admin cancellation policies, although all checkboxes are checked and although the vendor entered information in the cancellation field.

Hello – so apparently you don’t want vendor policies to show up on the vendor page, or I am missing something. However, I think that all policies set by the vendor should show up on the product single page, but in my case the info for the vendor’s cancelling policy is not being drawn from the vendor. It will either show the admin policies or none. How can I fix this?

@mojomo- Apologies for the delayed response. We are generally pretty quick in responding but we are currently experiencing heavy workload, hence the delay. Vendor policies are specifically for the products they offer. So, it’s very true that the policies don’t show up on the vendor shop page.

Coming to your requirement. Follow the below-shared steps and let me know if it helps:

    1. Login as admin and follow the path: Wp-admin>> WooCommerce>> WCMp>> General>> Policies>> Enable the Policies and fill in the data that you want for cancellation policy.

    2. Wp-admin>> WooCommerce>> WCMp>> Capabilities>> Policies Settings; uncheck the checkbox against the field ” Can Vendor Edit Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy”. That should take you through.

Let me clarify: I DO want the vendors to enter their own policies. Mine can serve as a backup, but I definitely want them to set up their own. Thing is, it only works for Refunds and Shipping Policy. Vendor cancellation policy seems to be corrupt.

@mojomo- Yes, that’s correct. If admin allows vendors to add the cancellation policy and the vendor doesn’t add it, the one added by admin works as backup. I see the issue now, when vendor adds his own set of policies, it still shows the one added by admin. Would get this fixed in the next update itself.

Okay, I’ll wait for the update then. Thanks.

Thanks for the cooperation. I would see if we can patch this fix in Github so that you don’t have to wait for the next update. Would keep you posted.

That’s really kind of you, but I will not be able to use your plugin or launch my marketplace before you implement alternative payment services (other than mass pay), so I have to wait for the next update anyway. ??

Ohh..sad to know that @mojomo. We are working on the other payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal adaptive and hope to come up with them soon.
