How can i make a Project (pod) look like Post native look? I’m missing the categories and navigation from generatepress, as they are in Post.

I’ve created a new custom type post -Projects-
Added some bogus info, all ok. In Pods i can even insert the extra fields on the template, but this new Post type, does not behave like other posts (news). Why?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That’s actually a theme question for GeneratePress. Typically you need to add some kind of a function to have the regular ‘posts’ style archive, etc. also work for your custom post type archives.

This link in the GP forums talks about this:

You might just need to open a forum post with GeneratePress. If you used WordPress ‘categories’ for your new ‘projects’ Post Type, you would also need to modify the pre_get_posts filter to show ‘projects’ on your Category archive.
