Make page title and menu link different

I am trying to us theme 2020. I want to add a link in my menu to a page with a long title but this makes the horizontal menu list too long. How can I make page title different from the word used in a menu? For example if the page title is “Ways to arrange for an auction” I would want the menu item to be something like “Methods”.
