Make Open New Tab a Default in Linking

  • Hi,

    One thing that has changed in 4.5 for the worse is “Open New Tab” in link editing. When creating multiple links in a post under the old WordPress, all I had to do was click the “Open New Tab” box on the first link, and that would become the default for all of the links that followed. Now, I have to manually check the box for every link I create.

    Is there any way to fix this? It’s really unnecessarily time-consuming.
