Make my website speed worst

I don’t recommend this plugin although using it for the first time but it does not work …when i de-activate it i get ranking of Desktop 77 – 80 and Mobile 36.. but when i activate it i get ranking of Desktop 50 – 54 and Mobile 15 -19…

That is so bad.. i thought it was my site and settings until i found out it is this plugin..
