Make more options appear after one is selected

Thanks for hopping in the forum. Currently, the plugin doesn’t have an option to make a field appear when checking a checkbox or radio button. This would require significant edits to the plugin code. You should be be able to create a similar function with javascript on your site. But this would be outside of what we can support. That is a great idea though and I will take note of it.
