WP runs server side and doesn’t much care what the browser is. That’s a theme issue to display the contents in your desired fashion.

Xfruits.com offers a mobile feed. It validates your feed too.

Try my plugin. I developed it a short time ago, it’s still beta and based on WordPress Mobile Edition and Theme Switcher.

The plugin redirects requests of mobile devices to a xhtml mp theme automatically. It’s perfectly suited for .mobi domains for example.

It also makes it easy to develop your own themes. You just have to copy the header.php file contained in the xhtml-mp theme.
