• I’m using a plugin (Smart Slider) to display the slider on the homepage and it’s great.
On other pages, however, there’s a gap/margin between the navigation bar and the content area. Even with some custom CSS to remove this margin, the menu does not display on top of the slider with the same transparent effect of the homepage.
Anything I can do to mimic this effect on the inner pages?

    Thanks!

    Hi @omaitajoey

Any chance you could give me a link to your site so I can check it out?

Hey, thanks a lot for the quick response.

    I’m currently not using a domain https://188.166.153.113/

    I found this in header-standard
$is_translucent = false and changed it to true.

It works perfectly on Chrome, but on Firefox, the slider image gets pushed to the left when you scroll down.

    Hi @omaitajoey

I wouldn’t recommend editing the $is_translucent variable as that could have some knock-on effects plus you’ll lose this change if you install a theme update at some point.

I think the best way to achieve this would be using some Custom CSS. If you’d like to make contact via the support enquiry form on the Out the Box website I can assist you further with this…
