Make Menu into Page Tabs instead of Drop Down

Hi

I would like to make my menu into tabs that go across the top of the page instead of the drop down menu. At my home page it already presents like this, however when I hit on one of the tabs it changes into a drop down menu and the tabs disappear from across the top of the page.

Is there a css code for this?
