Make Members WP Users

Hi,

I have somehow managed to get two users who are “member” but not WP-Users.

Can you explain how you added two members into your members area? The reason why I am asking is explained below.

Note: When members are added manually to your membership site they are also added to WP Users. It is important to keep this in mind, it will help you understand when you enable other features of the plugin.

All members are added manually and the process we have used for sometime is to create them as a WordPress user and then import them from the user list.
How we have managed to get to this situation is a mystery but one we want to reconcile. Both members have been in the system for some years and we have only just noticed this situation.
Any advice?

Are these the only members in this situation? Do you have any recollection how they were added to your site?

As I mentioned above when you add a member manually they are also added as WP Users. If you register them as WP Users then you can import them as members. This is the only process our plugin currently works with. It is simple and easy to manage and works well with WordPress.

We do as you say which is to add as a user and then import to being a member.
