Make masthead image responsive

    On this page, I need to make the image at the top responsive. Its the image in the masthead that shows 3 different logos, Tom’s Car Care, Coffee Spot and Water Works. This is one image and its the only thing that doesn’t ‘respond’ and size down when viewed in a mobile phone. I tried a few things in my css file, but I am not sure if I am editing the correct element in my css file. Can someone point me in the right direction and/or help me out? thanks!
