Make Listings Featured without User Access

I have the sidebar fun widget and version 3.7 of classyfrieds installed on my blog.
I would like to to be able to switch on and off which individual classyfrieds listings are going to be FEATURED via the wp admin after the listings have been posted and published and not leave this up to users to select as an option at the time of posting via the upload form.
Is this possible? Thanks.
