When I look at my rss feed via a couple different apps that pull my feeds from my site, I notice that the links in some of the posts aren’t very visible. It will show the text of the link, but won’t have it highlighted or even underlined, so you can’t tell it is a link. Does anyone know how to change this?

  • You can’t. You have no control over how links or styling is displayed on any site or app that’s consuming your sites RSS feed. Also keep in mind that some sites/apps will strip out tags including links, so they might not even be links on some other locations.

Bummer, so even if I add color to the text on my post, it may not show up in the rss feed?

Maybe, maybe not. As I said it depends 100% on the site/app that’s displaying it. Some may allow it, others will strip it all out.

If you’re concerned about it, I’d suggest reaching out to the webmasters of the sites that the feeds are appearing on, and see if they are willing to help. If it’s a friendly request that’s not pushy, a lot of people will be happy to work with you.
