Make li clicable on menu

Hello,
Some users have noticed that only the text in the manu gets an anchor. So, only the text is clickable.
I’d like to make all the list

• be clickable. This is bad, cause n mobile it’s too hard to select only the text with your fingers. :/

I think wee need to change in somewhere this:

• Menu text

for:

• Menu text

Can anyone help?
