Make it work in the visual editor

    It would probably a good idea to make the plugin also work in the visual editor.

    Currently it only works in the Text tab of the WordPress editor.

    I haven’t received any requests about this, but if it’s enough to do, I’ll implement this (or accept patches). It seems to me this could help confusion for those who download the plugin and don’t seem to be able to find the Credit button.
