Make it possible to disable password login

    basically what the title says. not all wordpress blogs have a publicly available user system, in fact I would think that most WP logins are staff only, where you can at least kinda control the environment, even more so if you are alone.

    it would be kinda cool if I could choose to just remove password login altogether.
