Make it easier to find "Add New" topic

please add more tags to make it easier for people to find this forum.
please add more information to make it easier for people to find this forum.

(I spent 2 hours searching and reading topics in search for this Requests and Feedback forum, before I found it.)

Suggestion Examples:
a tag like, “where do I post a question” would be helpful.

Information that stated that “people can get help by reading and posting in the Request and Feedback forum, -Click Add New..”, I think would be helpful.

making the words Add New in large, maybe dark blue or black print ( “CLICK ADD NEW”),would make it easier to see.
