Make Interest Groupings a required field on iPhone

    I am using the Mailchimp for WordPress Plugin to create a signup form for my website. I want to require the user to select at least one of the newsletters when they signup.

    I am using the java script as shown in this support KB article:

    This works fine in Firefox on my laptop, but it doesn’t work with Safari on an iPhone.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this work on an iPhone?
