    That’s mostly handled by styling within your theme.

    You can copy the disaply.css located here:
    job-manager/css/display.css

    to your themes – Child Theme style.css and utilizing a tool like Fire Fox (Firebug) experiment till you get the look you desire.

    As an alternative you can check out the CSS Hero plugin option for styling
    it’s listed as one of the Recommended JM Plugins https://www.wp-jobmanager.com/recommended-plugins/

    You might also want to test this on another theme as you might have a Theme conflict.
