Make image smaller?

Hi, I am using a plugin called “BuddyVerified” and in the profile the icon it is not next to the username, it’s like an inch away from the username. Here’s what I am talking about, https://imgur.com/a/gtXmJ Also, is there a way that when someone hovers over the icon it will say, “Verified Account” and when someone presses/clicks it, it will take them to one of my web pages for what the icon means…? I also want to make the icon a bit smaller in the Activity Feed. Thank you.
