Make https placeholder as default

  • Thank you for amazing plugin.
    I see that you have made default thumbnails – can you make them use https images by default – that will help a lot to growing numbers of https website?

  • I second this request. Requesting an http resource breaks secured websites. You can just leave the protocol out and make the request like this:
    //placehold.it/45x45/f0f0f0/ccc
    Otherwise please use a request for secured content.
