Make gallery page full width?

Hi.
Would like to have the gallery page full width, no columns (rest of the site, want to keep as is). I’ve seen CSS solutions, but not specifically to a single page as well as functions.php hacks that so far haven’t worked for me. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
