    I suggest you check the new NextGen Gallery namespace requirements and adapt your custom code, respectively.

    I apologize, as customizations like this are outside our scope for support. In case you’d like to look into custom development options, we highly recommend using Seahawk Media.

    Can you please point me towards the NextGen Gallery namespace requirements?you refer to? I have not been able to locate them.

    To be clear, I have uploaded a custom PHP file to my wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails/templates directory, which seems to be what is required, and I have that file selected in the plugin settings.
