• Hi Moesia team,

Apologies if this has already been asked–I’ve looked through the support threads and didn’t see anything that addressed my specific question.

I love the look of the Moesia demo version with the full bleed sections on the homepage, but I haven’t found it possible to replicate on my site.

Is this because I’ve been building the pages in Page Builder or because I’m only using the free version? I just think having the grey to both sides kind of diminishes the effect of the parallax so I’m eager to find out how I can remedy this.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hello,

You just need to assign the Front Page template to your front page. We have some documentation here.

Thanks! That helped the the majority of the widgets, but is there any way to get the background image behind the CTA widget to be full-bleed as well? I see it is on the Moesia demo site, but I’m still seeing white borders around mine.

That’s because you’re using that option that’s marked with Deprecated. You need to add your background image for the whole row, from Edit Row > Theme > Background image.

Thanks! I did that and it looks like the area changed a little but I’m still seeing white space on both sides. Is there perhaps something else I need to do to remove those borders? Sorry for all the trouble–your help is much appreciated!

Oh, I see now. You’re using that new layout builder widget. You don’t need to do it like this, simply add your widgets one per row and it will work as expected.

Perfect! You are a star. Thanks for all of your help.

Sorry, one last question. Is it possible to change the appearance of the text within one of the Moesia front page widgets? For example, could I apply the Header 3 format (larger and bolder) to the description text for the Skills widget?

I don’t see that you’re using any description for that widget?

I hope you don’t mind me adding to this because I have the same problem. I can’t get the rows to extend the entire width of the page. Could you please tell me what I can do to fix it? Thank you!
