Make form title translatable

  • Hi,

    I would like to make title name of Contact Form 7 forms I use on the multisite network translatable. In this way in my custom theme I can add translations so when end user is switcthing in profile from EN to DE titles for cf7 forms in list of Contact forms in wp-admin will be translated.

    Is there an filter or action I can hook into in order to make this change __($form->post_title, ‘my-custom-theme’);
