make excerpt clickable through to post

Dear People,
I am finally almost there , i think, but still don;t seem to get one thing working on my site, https://www.portmantoo.nl, which is get the excerpts from the posts that show on my home page to link to the complete post on the specified page. I’ve read the stuff on this topic here but i think the theme iam using is differnt and something shoudl change in my single.php?
don;t have a clue what though. Could someone give a hand perhaps? Below is the code form the single php. Thanks in advance!
