Make embedded images full size on mobile devices

I have some images embedded in the paragraph, aligned left or right, so the half or so of the width is taken by text and another half by the image. It looks fine on desktop but on mobile devices the image often takes 90% of the space leaving very little space for the text. I would like to make images full size in this case and I wonder if it’s possible. I use Gutenberg on my WP.
