Make Email Not Required Field

Hey there, my website needs to have the registration field to have the email option as not required, we’ve implemented phone registration as required and it allows for login as well. Some users will still utilise email so we want that field to still be there just not required as most of the clients are older users who have already used their phone. only to communicate with the business.

How do I go about this? The site is WooCommerced but I’m guessing that the same process for registration form takes place where there is email,password and in our case also phone.
