make each profile its own post

Hi,
am using your plugin and its great for ordering groups / teams and displaying only certain people but I have discovered a major hiccup. We are organising a comic-con for charity and we have 2 special guests lined up already, however when we put their write up in the description box its spanning almost half a page. Is there a way to create a post for each member and then add a “read more…” excerpt and a link to said page for more info?

On the page linked above the theme does have a guests module which is shown at the bottom of the page to example exactly what I mean but, unlike yours, it does not allow us to group certain team members and display these only
